‘Navarasa Nayaka’ Jaggesh with 100 plus films the sitting Vice Chairman of the Karnataka State Road Transportation Corporation intends to enter the Parliament of India. ‘I would like to achieve this feat in the next Lok Sabha election contesting from Tumkur’. In one year I will be having the achievement of entering Assembly and Parliament in case things work out in my direction says Jaggesh who has now become a real people man.

The detractors say that I have taken huge amount when I joined BJP quitting Congress I. I only urged for nearly 58 crores of rupees plans and procedures pending to get clearance for my home constituency. I am for the people and people will judge my work not the detractors says Jaggesh who has become highly philosophical these days.

Quoting from his life he says I am very happy and respected in my family consisting of my wife, children and brothers. I am a king at my house because they all respect what I do. So why should I worry about anyone outside. I do what I feel correct for the people. After taking over as Vice Chairman of KSRTC I have done lot of good work for my people and it is a life settlement for people in dire streets Jaggesh.

Back to films Jaggesh has decided not to accept films till June next year. His eye is on the MP seat. He needs to do a lot of work to garner more votes in the LS assembly that is due in next April.

No one has approached from the cinema industry besides approving 100 percent ET exemption to all Kannada films in a meeting with CM and some bigwigs of the cinema industry disclosed Jaggesh. There is more of ire than feel of satisfaction on my position says Jaggesh.

On the coming up Diamond Jubilee Celebration Jaggesh feels the Kannada cinema industry reaching 75 years should be celebrated in four directions. The first thought that has come to his mind is that it should focus on the character artists more than heroes of Kannada cinema.

Jaggesh has special plans to cinema workers of the Kannada cinema industry. A permanent fund for artists and technicians to pull the livelihood – two square of meals.

One of the pioneer’s families of Kannada cinema RNR son RN Sudarshan came to Jaggesh house in a pitiable condition a month ago with his wife Shylashri. With a base in Chennai Sudarshan was looking for a house in Bangalore. Within a very short of time with due respect to Sudarshan Jaggesh accommodated the star couple of yesteryears in a house in Malleswaram by paying Rs.1 lakh advance for the house from his pocket.

For the couple in deep sorrow he asked them to keep in touch with the Kannada cinema industry for roles to earn their living and Shylashri is a fine dubbing artist she could even take up dubbing consoled Jaggesh.
