For the village based title name ‘Muniya’ a modern style of audio release was taken up Sri Sadguru Entertainers on Thursday evening at Abbai Naidu Studio in Bangalore.
It is for the first time on the closing day of the shoot the audio release on the sets was arranged by the producers M Muniraju and Rajagopal Reddy. The former minister Ramalinga Reddy joined the audio release of ‘Muniya’ made by dancing hero of Kannada cinema Vinodraj.
Muniya is about the friendship and love. A ship sailing on sea is taken as examples. A ship is symbolic of love and friendship is nothing but sea. You have to watch for the variety of this film says director T.Nagachandra. He has shot for 60 days and that was the final day of shooting at Abbai Naidu studio where a mobile shape set with pillars surrounding it was used for choreography by Imran Sardaria.
Producer Muniraju is a man with patience. He has waited for the right title for one year and after the start of the shoot he was struck up with Mayoor Patel injury and Mumbai actress Sheetal ill health. The entire film is a team effort. An ordinary youth making it big in his own way is the crux of this film said Muniraju who is also appearing in an important role of his film ‘Muniya’.
Actor Mayoor Patel son of Madan Patel says he found a new feel after hearing the script. He says that feel cannot be expressed but felt after watching the cinema. I have liked three songs in this film and Chandama song is very good said Mayoor. I was lost only in appearing for this film and not gone anywhere. I am working with dance director Imran Sardaria for the first time. Sahitya is playing the village belle in this film a belligerent role for her.
Abhiman Roy has scored music for five songs of this film ‘Muniya’ the audio of which was brought to the market by Akshay Audio TP Siddaraju.
