`YAARADHU` A SUSPENCE THRILLER!

The title itself gives room for suspicion. Who is that? The subject for ‘Yaaradhu’ penned by Dr.Leelavathi for her son Vinodraj in the role of an investigative officer is all set for release now and in 27 days the film has completed shooting. Three months is spent on the script and screenplay says director of award winning Tulu film ‘Birse’ – Srinivas Kaushik. This is a two hours and five minutes entertaining film made on wiper camera by Nagesh Acharya. The film has completed the editing and going in for computer graphics. After ‘Aparichitha’ this kind of suspense story has not come says director Srinivas Kaushik. This is not for the image of Vinodraj. This is more a story based he says. There will be only 12 characters in this film that is gripping throughout.

Ashwini plays the female lead and five new faces Suman Jadhav, Manju, Pavan, Abhi and Nihal the program executive of Zee Kannada are prominent roles. The shooting was held in Balur near Mudigere, Koppa and Mangalore.

This time the real life son Vindraj is not playing reel life son in ‘Yaaradhu’. Nihal is playing the role of son to Dr.Leelavathi who comes on screen as Anglo Indian. In the places like Koppa and Kottigehara Dr.Leelavathi runs a short distance to support the scene.

Vikram Udauakumar (son of one of the powerful actors of yesteryears Udayakumar) is coming has come back to acting after 12 years exile for personal reasons to progress in family life. He was last seen in ‘Navagraha’ of Toogudeepa Productions. Vikram came to Kannada cinema from ‘Brahmastra’ 20 years ago is still hunting for the roles that remind his agile father late Udayakumar.

Thammanna Lakshman has done the art direction for this film. Akil has scored music for five songs in the film ‘Yaaradhu’.
