A film with deep concern keeping in mind children as they lack proper place to participate in games is this ‘Elli Adodu Navu Alli Adodu’ – the lack of grounds in this concrete cities is a matter of great concern in this sub continent India. Open grounds are commercialized and off late children stuck to mobiles is another great set back.
In the presence of Chinnari Muththa Vijay Raghavendra, Dr Ramachandra of Kidwan Oncology department, Lahari Velu, Kari Subbu (Smart Subbu according to Lahari Velu from Children day), Ravi Chetan, Veer Samarth, Producer Srinivas, director G Arun Kumar one song and trailer was screened at Kalavidhara Bhavan on November 14.
Learning on the concept of this film Vijaya Raghavendra stated that today children have no proper place to play. This film has good thought. I have learnt Markothi Aata in my younger days. Today it is not happening for children. Aatagalu Putagalalli ….is a fact he said.
Lahari Velu went back to his younger days. It is from games physically, mentally the strength was coming he said. There are 54 types of games in folk culture he pointed. In games there is no ‘Badava and Srimantha’ he emphasised.
Kari Subbu present at the event thanked Lahari Velu for suggesting new name ‘Smart Subbu’ instead of Kari Subbu. Subbu also went on a flashback of ‘Kotreshi Kanasu’ and later disclosed a touching incident of his six years granddaughter.
Ravi Chetan hero of this film is a football coach in this film. He was looking for a role like ‘Chak De India’ and he got it in this film.
G Arun Kumar director of this film is a national level volley ball player a former inspector has prepared script for this film from 2009. It is not Bengaluru issue of no playground for children. It is the national level issue he said.
Veer Samarth who scored four songs for this film mentioned that the problem is there in his house. When children play inside they get scold, when they play outside it is traffic – it is a grave problem he said. Veer Samarth introduced a few child signers for this film.
Producer Srinivas was so humble that he said sorry for any mistakes happening from his side.
