Congratulations to Mr G Manohar Naidu for entering to the new house ‘Lahari Nilayam’. At the same time it is an admirable achievement of humble and human personality G Manohar Naidu.
Coming to audio business from Rs.500 thirty years ago today constructing a house worth Rs.5 crores roughly on a fifty by hundred site just beside the house of Karnataka Chief Minister Dr BS Yediyurappa is a new feat in the Lahari Recording Company - the three decades prestigious audio house of Karnataka.
Such a simpleton G Manohar Naidu lavish house looks exotic with four storied building. The tastefully constructed three floors are for living purposes. On the fourth floor is the swimming pool, the home theatre where 30 plus can watch the film. Each floor with state of the art equipments and fabulous tiles looks top class.
The staircase leading to the three floors made is in wood and each floor has the western style ambience. On the floor No.3 is the gym, Sona bath etc.
To take a look at the acoustics and other things in the house it takes a minimum of half an hour. When guests enter to the house they are welcomed with not only welcome drink but before that the valet parking facility was provided by Lahari Recording Company.
The Karnataka Chief Minister Dr BSY was first to visit the new house warming place ‘Lahari Nilaya’ in the morning. The Kannada cinema personalities T.S.Nagabharana couple, Shivaramanna, Ramesh Bhat, playback singers BR Chaya, Yashwanth Halbandi, Upasane Mohan, police officials, bureaucrats relatives, media persons, friends visited the ‘Lahari Nilaya’ on Sunday.
Mr G Thulsiram Naidu, Velu received all the guests on this occasion at the entrance and his younger brother Ramesh Naidu took the guests around the new house.
As the guests move to the huge pandal for lunch the buffet and sitting arrangement for consuming food was made. It is around 40 mouth watering items the guests cannot miss to eat and do the jogging without fail the next day.
According to the American standards the food consumed in terms of calories was three days consumption of an Indian food.
NS Chandrasekhar the Jayanagar 6th block catering expert has made lovely preparations. There were four sweets; north Indian and south Indian food was clubbed. The curd vada, in addition to regular tummy fillers Anna Rasam, curd rice, pappad, chips – items followed one by one.
