Reaching Mumbai working in ‘Family’ film with Amitabh Bachchan daughter Bhavana was not sitting quiet with her brother Aravind Ramana. She floated Home Town Productions developed software for television channels called ‘Avarana’ and then held the complete dance show ‘Noopura’ and now in Bhavana is immersed with ‘Damaru’ drums of heaven.
On 1st of September 2010 – Gokulashatmi day Bhavana and her team of 120 persons are performing the fusion of Bharathanatyam classical, Yakshagana and Kalari at Chowdaiah Memorial Hall between 6.30 to 8.30 pm.
This is for the first time this type of fusion has been worked out by rigorous practice and the access card as invitation is also one of the modern thought given to the cultural program admirers.

‘Damaru’ is the Lord Shiva oriented fusion in which Sejith Kumar will be directing with Bhavana as lead dancer and Harikrishna scores the music. The Yakshagana part is looked after by Shivakumar Begur who is donning the female get up for last 28 years.
