Known for whopping films and lavish spending producer Ramu for his next ambitious venture ‘Rajani’ a remake of Telugu super hit film ‘Krishna’ has put up Rs.15 lakhs set of bangles at Binny Mill vacant land for just five minutes of screen presence.
Upendra in fact thought after seeing two fights in the original film that it cannot be repeated again. But the efficiency of Thriller Manju who is also director of this film and Ramu’s bank balance is making this possible. In five minutes scene on screen the Rs.15 lakh set is torn in to pieces.
The set looked it is apt for ‘Bagyadha Balegara’ film that is under production of Shivarajakumar but as we entered the explanation given by Thriller Manju who is heading the team cleared the doubts. In the industry from 18 years I am directing Upendra only now. I worked for his first film Tharle Nan Maga said TM. We have shot in Mysore for 24 days and 35 days in various places in Bangalore. We are shooting two songs in abroad and four erecting sets. This is a commercial action comedy film. This is well made for Upendra and Hamsalekha has scored lovely songs. I am working from the days of ‘Golibaar’ with Ramu Banner and he does not know compromise. The involvement of artists and technicians is good informed TM. For one of the chases 25 Scorpio vehicles have been used and it is a paisa vasool film added TM.
This film starts from a temple and ends in a temple and I have a very meaty role explained the beautiful looking Arthi Chabria.
Actor Upendra said it is only person like Ramu can do. He always thinks big and everything is good so far said Upendra. Asked on the industry facing losses today Upendra gave a good analysis that the money is not going anywhere. Our workers and our technicians plus our artists are getting the money.
At this Bangle Bazaar in Binny Mills of Bangalore on a sunny afternoon producer Ramu announced he is inviting Upendra to direct and act in his banner. Upendra was skeptical about this offer.
