KALBETTA DARODEKORARU HOI KAMALI SONG COMES

The happenings of 100 years ago, written five years ago by Anush Shetty and published three years ago ‘Kalbetta Darodekoraru’ is now a film with same title in Deepak Maduvanahalli direction. The film team completing the film with 30 percent changes to the novel released one song of the film ‘Hoi Kamali…penned by Dr V Nagendra Prasad and composed by Anoop Seelin in Jazz style. Perhaps this is the first authentic Jazz style music in Kannada filmdom.

Deepak Madhuvanahalli of ‘Bhyagaraja’ stated that he read the story of Anush Shetty in Vijaya Karnataka newspaper and then approached him two years ago. He has made changes on getting acceptance from writer of the novel.  The mystery element plus the Anesal Beedi and Kote Sal Beedi are main topics of this film.

Nataraj of RRR film has a jovial role to perform while his first film was filled with intensity. Hemanth is his opponent in the film. After Amaravarthi he got another good role to perform. It is like tug of war between Raj and Manjula in Sampathige Saval he says.

Shwetha is female lead and she was impressed when it is novel based film. The natural feel is brought in this film and that is what I like it she said. Dhanappa is in Chiko role, Gauthan a stage actor is in sort of cheating role, Siddaraj Kalyankar, Ganesh Rao are co artists present at the media briefing. Kiran Hampapura is cameraman of this film.

This is one of the four novels of Anush Shetty, Deepak has booked another novel for film. he has written this novel five years ago on knowing the ‘Kal Bettada Darodekoraru’ .

According to ace composer Anoop Seelin the song screened today Hoi Kamali got prominence after lyrics of Dr V Nagendra Prasad adding to it. Narayana Sharma and Varijasri delivered this song with Jazz style informed Anoop Seelin.
