Scaling new heights in the professional career Master Anand in his new avatar as director of a comedy film ‘5 Idiots’ is working hard to make an entertaining cinema in the production of Lokesh Murthy (Crime Spota tabloid Editor) and Mohan.

‘3 Idiots’ is popular Hindi cinema but ‘5 Idiots’ has no such shades. Earlier Anand thought of keeping the title ‘Machcha Baglako’ but that was turned down. That does not mean the film has shades of ‘Darwaza bandh Rako’. This is a different comedy track of five youths from different profession aiming to make it big quickly. They adopt wrong steps in life and kidnap a rich man daughter. From this kidnapping the mistakes of the five youths go on adding up. Later meeting hurdles once they reach with the kidnapped girl to a house not belonging to them further inconvenience crops up. Short cut measure is not right for earning money they realize.

Even before his debut direction in television ‘SSLC’ Nan Maklu Anand wanted this film to take up but right kind of producer came up now says Anand.

Vasu who was in the camp of Jayasri Devi for a long time is returning back to Kannada cinema after ‘Kanasina Loka’. He is dreaming big about this film. English title to this cinema came for discussion for which actor Vasu agreed that it is his fault. He is taking up ‘Gandhi Shishyaru’ for Jayasri Devi in the coming months.

Producer Lokesh Murthy has ventured in to this cinema with Mohan to give a neat comedy film to Kannada audience. He has the full support of Magadi Krishnamurthy.

Namratha Hegde plays the bold character and she is one of the five idiots in the film. Harshika Poonacha is transforming from serious kind of roles to comedy filled role in this film for the first time. She was happy for the new graduation in her role.
