`NEENYAARE` SELF IMPOSED EXILE!
Posted date: 26/December/2008

The Kannada film ‘Neenyaare’ is facing the self imposed exile from the theatres for the lack of support to the newcomer producer Varada Reddy and director Sindesh. This is the 100th film music direction of V.Manohar the second film of actor Suraj and two Kannada heroines Ramya Barne and Sambrama debut film.

The reason why producer Varada Reddy is recalling all the 17 prints all over Karnataka is the unceremonious exit from Sagar theatre in Bangalore. The producer feels deceived because after saying free run the film on the basis of three days average collection. The three days collection is Rs.2.24 lakhs. It is Rs.14000 more yet the film without giving free run and not doing justice on the basis of three days collection.

According to director Sindesh the decision to re release in the New Year is at the discussion level.

In the ‘Amrutha Mahotsava’ time a Kannada film facing such a situation is a disgusting factor. Can anyone save Kannada film producer? Is the KFCC is hearing?
