It has been raining in Karnataka all over. It is raining in awards too. The best of 1997 – six awards at the national level is now beaten with 12 awards at the recently announced 66th national film awards.
Mansore film ‘Nathicharami’ gets five awards – the leading lady of the film Shruthi Hariharan giving birth to a baby girl on 26th of July is now pocketing the national award for her role.
While Nathicharami gets five awards, Prashath Neel KGF, Sathyaprakash Ondalla Eradalla gets two awards and Sarkari Hiriya Prathamika Shale Kasargod adjudged the best children film.
