The pride of Karnataka and India Dr Shivakumara Swamiji of 105 years releasing the audio of ‘Sidda Ganga’ at this age also watched the film for a few minutes at Renukamba theatre on last Thursday. Junior Swamiji, KCN Chandrasekhar, KV Chandrasekhar, Thara Anuradha, producer Nidasale Puttaswamiah, director G Murthy and others were present at the good gathering for a good film.

Perhaps for the age and stature of Sri Shivakumara Swamiji this is yet another record. At 105 years of age Sri Shivakumara Swamiji watched the film ‘Sidda Ganga’ for a few minutes. The torch bearer of over 9500 children in Siddaganga Kshetra in Tumkur Sri Shivakumaraswamy released the audio of the film ‘Sidda Ganga’ was another notable point says state award winning director G Murthy.

At sharp 11 am on Thursday the 105 years of age Sri Shivakumara Swamiji said to be the ‘Walking God’ of Karnataka arrived on the dais at Renukamba Digital studio to release the audio album brought out by Lahari Recording Company.

The traditional ‘Paada Pooja’ was held for Sri Shivakumara Swamiji. In his address the swamiji said the god given life should be utilized for better purpose and those who do not have anything should get from those who are blessed in life.

Nidusala Puttaswamiah producer of ‘Sidda Ganga’ selected the theme for the film from ‘Siddaganga Kshetra’ that is giving shelter, food and education to 9500 children.

‘Sidda Ganga’ is a sacrifice of a sister to her brother to come up in life against all odds. Sri Shivakumaraswamiji has appeared in three scenes of this film.
