The first media briefing of ‘Amrutha Mahotsava’ of Kannada cinema celebration guaranteed that everything is going in right order.

In the presence of top notch of the film industry Dr.Jayamala the President of Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce explained the right selection made for the celebration of three days in the aegis of Smt.Parvathamma Rajakumar heading the finance committee, V.Ravichandran for cultural committee, seminar committee lead by Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar, film screening committee in 29 districts and 182 taluks lead by T.S.Nagabharana and Dr.Baraguru Ramachandrappa heading the Platinum jubilee book series etc.

On Friday at the Gold Finch Hotel in the crowded gathering of people from the industry and media the ‘Amrutha Mahotsava’ bird’s eye view was explained by Dr.Jayamala. While the first day is cultural carnival the second day big event will be release of 75 books on prominent Kannada film personalities of all walks of field. It is followed by honor of 108 personalities from various walks of field including the contributors in the media plus the police department that has helped us in conducting the mega event. The third day is once again very interesting as the Karnataka origin artists and technicians who have made it big in other industries will be invited and honored on this occasion said Dr.Jayamala the gritty woman who is shouldering mountainous responsibilities.

Firstly 15 days holiday is declared for the Kannada cinema industry to get the spirit and support required for the three days event – March 1, 2nd and 3rd at Bangalore Palace. The inauguration of the event will be at 6 pm on March first and it will take on one hour. The four hours cultural feast from team leader V.Ravichandran has been chalked out and very confidently V.Ravichandran says this feast would not have happened so far in the history. For every 45 minutes program there will be 15 minutes break and it would be very interesting and exciting remembering the elders says crazy star of Kannada cinema V.Ravichandran the perfect choice for the cultural carnival of the Kannada cinema industry.

T.S.Nagabharana an intelligent and proved director who thinks in the right perspective explained in brief the reach of some of the top films that are memorable so far in nearly 182 taluks of 29 districts of Karnataka.

The seminars on various topics to coincide the birth, growth, developments, need of the hour will be headed by acclaimed director Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar.
