Here is a catching title! ‘Attayya verses Handi Kayolu’ is the new film from Lokendra Surya. A writer and director Lokendra Surya has delivered a song for the film in the similar style of Dr C Ashwath.

On Tuesday evening at the Kannada Kalavidara Sangha the director organized for a book of his ‘Akasha Butti’ release in the presence of his friends like Manjunatha Adde and others.

Later the debut film of Lokendra Surya ‘Attayya Maththu Handi Kayolu’ audio songs, CD and trailer of the film was released in a crowded gathering.

There two songs in the film composed by Yashwanth Bhupathi. First song Sambavami Yuge Yuge Ollavrigella Hoge Hoge….sung by Vijayaprakash and the second one Beesitayyo Gaali Telitayyo Moda…was available on screen.

Very intelligent and workaholic Lokendra Surya took up first film ‘Mouni’ and after seven days of shoot he lost all his money on the production and gave a new thought. Accordingly he first accrued money for buying cinema equipments. Owning the cameras and other gadgets then he started his second film ‘Attayya verses Handi Kayolu’. The concept for this film is based on a case in Malavalli Police station limits. He contacted his friends Prabhu and Riyaz on this later producer Lokesh Gowdru my long time friend added as producer says LS.

For the investigation case I have added my version to make it commercially viable. It surrounds on a pig, farmer and friends. LS an avid watcher of Iranian Films took the inspiration of their style of making to his debut. My 20 years dream has come true but the energy what I had 20 years ago is not present in me he admits.

LS believes on doing work on own and for not getting producers a maker should not blame anyone he says.

Arjun Krishna working for this film thanked his father and team for a good role in the film.  A film could be made in this style also is the learning of Chytra SK is female protagonist is impressed in her debut film.

Mahadevaiah a lecturer in the film is in ‘Attayya’ role. It was 20 years ago he sent out Lokendra Surya from the class room. Today he worked in the direction of his one day student.

Vijayakumar as Vijaychandra has worked behind the camera. Vinay Coorg, Tataguni Kempegowda, MC Nagaraj, Gunashekhar, Sindhura Lakshman, Manu D Bharat Gowdru, Ramachandre Gowdru Tataguni, Prashanth, Prema, Raju Kalkurni, Mysuru Manjulamma, Kumari Havi Rathod, Kumari Suma, Shanthi and others are in the cast.
