New team has start  floodinginto Kannada cinema in the beginning of 2012. Director Venkatachala with Shanker and Namitha in the lead roles are working for the first time.Venkatachala hailing from HavyasiRangamandira has put in seven years of service. Once he had seen a village boy bowling at Mavalli and his imagination was something marvellous. He was under the impression that he is Tendulkar and Dravid. That moment has given a spark for me. The result is ‘Chintramandiraralli’.

Director Venkatachala says he is focusing on the three shades in his first independent Kannada cinema. He does not want to tag commercial or art for his film. The art and commercial is left to your judgment he says. He has shot for the film ‘Chintramandiradalli’ forty percent in UllasChitramandira.

Actor Shanker played a short role in ‘OndhuPreethiyaKathe’ is playing a role of three shades. I had to change Sharira and Shaarira for this film. I had Kopa andHasivu to do this kind of role. There is terror, cute love story and shift to reality. That is the wide range of role I essay in this film disclosed Shanker.

Talkative and brilliant Namitha in the small screen for a long time was looking for serious role to perform on screen. Actress of SilliLalliNamitha was noticed for her comedy roles so far and she has stopped acting since three years. According to me this ‘Chitramandiradalli’  is an experimental cinema.

Mimicry Gopi has done the role of a producer and he imitates leading personalities like Ramu, K Manju and others in the film. At the media brief Gopi done the mimicry of producer K Manju and a few other politicians.

The film ‘Chitramandiradalli’ has completed the shooting. Venkatachala besides directing the film with new concept is also producer of the film.
