For the defunct Kannada Film Producers Association a middle age Munirathna Naidu (who is grandfather already) a noted producer of remake films the sitting BMP member got elected. This was written in the column of www.chitratara.com two days prior to the elections.

Now the biggest task for Munirathna as new President of KFPA is that whether he can carry on the mantle successfully without being controversial?

Munirathna Naidu is a controversial person because he favored dubbing the hotly discussed issue with another person Soorappa Babu who got elected as Secretary of KFPA.

Soon after getting elected Soorappa Babu (who thinks he is the cleverest) has said dubbing is not tolerated. In addition to these two the presence of A Ganesh as Vice President also supporter to dubbed films as the recent developments are closely watched.
Only persons like Rockline Venkatesh, KM Veeresh a senior photo journalist who is in the executive council, producer Ramu, Kannada Somu should take up the wrong doers and smudge it at the beginning even before coming to the media.

It is not only the dubbing issue that should be permanently stopped discussing; there are other issues before the newly elected team.
