The two grandsons of daughters of Dr Rajakumar and Smt Parvathamma Rajakumar – Dhiren Ramkumar (son of Poornima Ramkumar) and Shanmukha (son of Lakshmi Govindaraju) were present at Renukamba Digital Studio on Wednesday afternoon for release of poster and teaser respectively of the new Kannada film ‘Dark Fantasy’ (brand name of a famous biscuit).

Closet to the team of ‘Dark Fantasy’ veteran producer and son in law of Dr Rajakumar – SA Govindaraju was present to bless the team of this film. Govindaraju sees good fortune for actor Sri who hails from his region.

For Phanish Bharadwaj this is the second film in direction. He is director ‘Aadisidaatha’ of Raghavendra Rajakumar film. This one is a film with suspense and narrated with sound that gives horror effect he says. In just five minutes the story he made was approved and before the Corona Pandemic sixty percent of shooting was also completed remembers Phanish writer of story, screenplay and dialogues too.

The female protagonist of this film is locked in problem. She is set in a dark house and the male protagonist outside this house has to save her with his power. How the commitment of the heroine is solved, the two groups fighting for the money later that is enjoyed by someone is narrated in this film by Phanish Bharadwaj. Audience who give ticket money would definitely get new experience in this thriller he says with confidence.

Senior actor Balaraj is back after a long gap to big screen. Balaraj remembered how SA Govindaraj and Honnavalli Krishna brought him first to the technical division and later acting division.

He heads one of the team gang. Sri plays the lead while Sunitha and Susmitha are female lead. Shobaraj heads another tormentor gang. Mohan Juneja and Manadip Rao are also in the cast.

Out of five songs in this film one is in English language. Two are duet and one sorrow filled song is in the composition of music director Clarance.

From medicine profession Dr Nitin RV takes up production of this film. He with Nagaraj was in to projects in the health department heard the storyline and given approval quickly.  He has plans to bring the film on silver screen in December this year.

Sri speaking on this occasion said director Phaneesh thinking is out of the box.  Experimental film is my liking and also wish to act he stated.
