The bail plea at the 1ACMM court in Bengaluru City for Darshan has been rejected and it is posted to session’s court in the wake of change in the Police memo from section 324 to 307 – Murder to assault.

It takes a few more days for Darshan to get back to normal life says the legal sources. The hearing on Tuesday at 4pm was on for half an hour. The Magistrate judge Venkatesh Hulgi who heard the statement at his residence on Friday evening from Vijalakshmi wife of Darshan on the five pages FIR filed on Darshan again heard the actor’s wife and public prosecutor presented his argument.

According to sources the only option left for Darshan is to move to High Court of Karnataka. As of now he is taking treatment for Jaundice and lever ailment.
