Dhruva, who made debut as hero with the film ‘Snehaanjali’, is set to
act in an action-oriented film ‘Maara LL B’. Its muharat function was
held on Saturday.
Dhruva, a deaf and dumb person, has entered Limca Book of Records as
first deaf and dumb person to act in Kannada films. His performance in
`Snehaanjali’ was appreciated by media. It may be recalled that Dr
Vishnuvardhan had wished Dhruva a bright future at one of the
promotional activities of `Snehaanjali’ last year.
Murthy Kumar is handling the megaphone for `Maara LLB’ while Sinchana
plays the heroine role. Kumar said that he wanted to convey a message
to society about the importance of good lifestyle. ``Parents sacrifice
everything for the welfare of their children. However, children will
refuse to look after the parents during their sunset days. This film
emphasizes on the need of looking after parents,’’ said Kumar.
Its shooting is expected to take place in Bangalore, Karighatta,
Devarayana Durga and surrounding places.
Dhruva is also a good cricket player. He bowled Kicha Sudeep in a
cricket match organized recently to raise funds for the construction a
building of Kannada Cinema Choreographers’ Association.
