‘Shivarajakumar has opened his third eye like Lord Shiva’ – it appeared like that from the speech he made on 24th April 2012 on the 84th birth anniversary of his father Dr Rajakumar.

This year Dr Rajakumar Januma Dina was very special for various statements. The one from century star Shivarajakumar that he would not allow dubbing and ready to give his life for the policy made by his father was a right statement at the right time and on a right platform. The second most important statement from the Chief Minister that Dr Rajakumar Memorial would be ready for his next birth anniversary was a welcomed.

·         Shivarajakumar has given the right injection. We are not keeping quiet. After Appaji demise many are attempting for dubbing but I would not tolerate. I am ready to take the lead to fight against it. I am ready to give me life for avoiding dubbing in Karnataka. I am not afraid of anyone. After Rajakumar passing away his son is here to take his causes further.

·         Karnataka Chief Minister stated that the Dr Rajakumar Memorial would be ready by next birth anniversary of Annavru.

·         Seven persons were honored with Rs.25000 each on behalf of Akila Karnataka Dr Rajakumar Abhimanigala Sangha.

·         We have donated our body after death. We brothers donate blood thrice a year. You could also follow it. When Appaji was living he made us to sign for eye donation – Raghavendra Rajakumar.

·         Nearly 30000 fans who gathered at Dr Rajakumar Memorial were given good food and water to drink. Police had hectic time.

·         Karnataka chief minister Sadananda Gowda, home minister R Ashok, Somanna, MLA Nela Narendra Babu, Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa, Dr Rajakumar family, Dr Jayanthi, Shruthi and technicians were present at Raj Memorial.

·         Rotary Club, BGS Hospitla, Rashtotana Raktha Nidhi held blood camps. The eye camp and general health check up was held.

·         There was a mild tension when R Ashok and Somanna stepped to offer flowers on Dr Raj Samadhi. Prof Baraguru condemned it in his speech.

·         Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa speech on the significance of Dr Rajakumar was well received.

·         Dr Rajakumar acted in ‘Trimurthy’ Kannada film. Three faces of Dr Raj in three directions – a statue was unveiled at Malleswaram in Bengaluru.

·         The nine feet 700 kilograms statue of Dr Rajakumar that depicted one of the historic speeches he made in Mysore from Mysore Mahanagara Palike was not unveiled in this year too. Pramodhini Deshpande is the sculptor of this Rs.10 lakh statue that is waiting for the day for installation at Curzon Park in Mysore.

·         Jnanapith award winner Dr UR Ananthamurthy in his speech at the government function on the occasion of 84th birth anniversary stated that the dialogues of Dr Rajakumar films has the bright possibility of becoming a text book topic.
