As the announcement of Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana was supposed to come out and deferred because of the Lok Sabha polls, there is some relief.

The Karnataka High Court has dismissed the single bench judge city civil court verdict and made way clear for Dr Vishnuvardhana memorial in Bengaluru and Mysuru.

The fans of Dr Vishnu wants the memorial in Bengaluru where the actor was cremated – next to Abhiman Studio, wife of Dr Vishnuvardhana, Dr Bharathi wish a memorial in Mysuru.

The place allocated at Mysuru by government of Karnataka belongs to Mahadevamma and others were another complaint. Based on this the Mysuru Civil Court has issued stay order. The petition filed in this verdict was questioned in High Court of Karnataka.
