With an English title ‘Gift Box’ director of Pallata Raghu has come up with another two layer story in this film. Very good at putting across the contents of his film Raghu screened trailer of the film at Chamundesware Studio on Monday evening.

Raghu first film Pallata got accolades, his film was discussed at the university level. In his second film Halli Chitra shooting for 38 days with sync sound he has touched on ‘Human Trafficking’ and ‘Locked in Syndrome’.

In the first place on human trafficking he looks at the culprits attached to it with their family members and social life they take part. He is victim of his work but living with other face in his life. The Locking in Syndrome director Raghu enlighten on the vegetable status of the body with injury to a portion of the body. In this case such a character will know what’s happening but not able to react.

All main characters of this film ‘Gift Box’ have three shades. Senior journalist GN Mohan, popular actor Dhananjay and Lokeshwar former cop were present to bless the new shade cinema making of Raghu.

Tall and good looking Deepthi Mohan has taken up a big challenge in her debut film ‘Gift Box’, the tonsured status for her role and the make up by Uma Maheshwar award winning technician has come very helpful she says.

Amitha Kulal a sweet and talented actress has three stages in this film. It is similar for Rithwik Matad and Murali Gundana. The regional censor has given U/A certificate for this different kind of attempt.

Vasu Dixit music composer (brother of Raghu Dixit) has scored songs only on one condition that all live instruments should be used. Raghavendra BR in fact given me good lyrics to make my work easy lauded Vasu Dixit. Doing work for this film ‘Gift Box’, I have got three offers to score music he stated.

A film in Halli Chitra banner has story and screenplay from director Raghu SP.Shivaji Rao Jadhav, Prasad Hunasur, Prof Lakshmi Chandrasekhar, Indira Nayar are in supporting roles.

Raghavendra MB stood behind camera, Guruswami has done editing for this film, Mahaveer Saabannavar has looked after the sync sound procedures for this film.
