At the famous Nimishamba Temple at 6^th Block Jayanagar, the new Kannada film ‘Hagga’ from ‘Gnanam’ (last year released) team went on the floors after formal muhurtha. We had ‘Haggada Kone’ film and it is just ‘Hagga’ now!

Avinash from short film ‘Siri’ caught the attention of siblings Raj Bharadwaj and Veni Bharadwaj producers of the film. Veni Bharadwaj is also hero of this film ‘Hagga’. It is having interesting script and narration is flooded with good elements of an entertainment cinema says Avinash. He is shooting at Bengaluru, Mysuru, Chickmagaluru and a few inside the sets with green mat.

Raj Bharadwaj and Veni Bharadwaj are running a gym equipment business. Raj Bharadwaj got a dream one fine day and he has made that as a story and in three months he surprised his brother Veni. Veni in fact put a challenge to his brother to come up with a subject and finally decided on jointly producing the film. At the same time Avinash came up with another script but siblings persisted him to take up this subject of ‘Hagga’.

What is all about Hagga? It is about a village dipped in a problem. No marriage is taking place. The protagonist Veni Bharadwaj to find a solution for the suicides and no marriage happening in the village come to city. He meets the heroine Priyanka Arora a reporter to arrive at solution. What happens further is interesting.

There is Vandana in de-glamorous role in this film. Tabala Nani is Sodara Mava evoke laughter as sidekick with protagonist. Tabala Nani role is the one that gives pains and takes pleasure in this film.

Prasana Bodi Shetty a gold medalist in his studies completed cinema music course at AR Rehman Studio. With strong background of Hindustani and Classical music has composed three songs for this film. Vijaya Prakash, Sanjith Hegde, Anuradha Bhat and others are lending voice.
