In the last Kannada film KR Vijaya had acted ‘Shankarabharanam’ Meshtru was the counterpart for her. Now in Sri Raghavendra Swamy Chitra of producer R.Venkatesh KR Vijaya is playing the role of ‘Shakthi Devathe’ in ‘Om Shakthi Mahime’. Producer Venkatesh made films like Sulthan, Badri and Bidda in the past and director of this quasi mythological film is BMP Annaiah who directed Sri Krishna Sandhana, Ramaswamy Krishnaswamy and Brahmacharigalu Saar Brahmacharigalu’. For this film the song recording Pooja was held at Vijaya Recording studio in Chamrajpet. SP Raj is the man heading the music department. Mallikarjun is the cameraman.

Megha from Mumbai, Meena, Thara, Rekha Das, Ramakrishna are also in the cast. In July the shooting starts at Melmarathur and move on to Bangalore.
