Daisy Boppanna is back on track! After a year long health problem – a surgery later she is back from Hindi film ‘United’ where she heads the bank robbery and now the missing heroine from Kannada cinema is also back in ‘Maaya’!

Daisy Boppanna alias Anjali a Coorgi once again said she is not interested in anyone calling ‘Daisy Spicy’. I have had enough of it. I am not for spicy roles and want more performance oriented roles she firmly says.

Back in ‘Maaya’ Daisy says she has not seen this kind of role or a film so far in her career. Starting from Bimba, Thavarina Siri, Rama Shama Bhama, Aishwarya, Garam Masala in Hindi doing lot of ads and modeling Daisy develop a bubble on her back that caused all sorts of problems.

It is for the operation of this she took leave from cinema industry. In this process she lost five Kannada films. Now recouping from ill health cutting down eight kilograms of weight she is alright and wants more good roles to say in Kannada. She has signed two movies one of which is with Aditya titled as ‘Mass’. She has signed another film with Ajay Devgun and others.

In the ‘United’ Hindi film Daisy says the action is composed by one from Sylvester stallion film. the director has made over 100 ad films in his career.

Daisy plays the role of assistant director to director Ramesh Aravind in the film ‘Maaya’.

Daisy is dating. She expressed quietly and no choice she has come across so far for the match of life partner.
