One of the senior most personalities with expertise in cinematography Kumaraswamy has come up with a film a dream of his life remembering his parents ‘Nila Nilakanta’. 45 years of experience in various stages of cinema Kumaraswamy was in Mumbai and later worked in doyens like Puttanna Kanagal film ‘Dharmasere’ and was man behind camera ‘Olavu Gelavu’ Dr Rajakumar and Lakshmi film.

He switched to Bombai TV Station, Navakethan International and later as associate cameraman in several Kannada films. He is director, producer and cameraman of ‘Namma Bharatha’ – a film on significance of national flag and patriotism.

Director of over dozen films Mandya Nagaraj stood behind Kumaraswamy KR Nagara. Master Prajwal, Vagheesh (BK Vishwanath), Smt Amala, Smt Yashoda, Puttanna, Gopiath, Vadda Nagaraj are in the cast of this film.
