The state award winning actor Raghavendra Rajakumar for `Ammana Mane` had given a decent performance in the first release of 2021 `Rajatantra`.

He is now in a political thriller as a politician in `Ward No 11`. Young and aspiring Srikanth is director of this Blubell Entertainment. Sandeep Shivamogga is the producer of this film. Gururaj and Hemanth Kumar are co-producers.

The film started before Pandemic had completed nearly 80 percent of shooting. In ten days one action, a song and climax is the balance of shooting. 45 days of shooting was done so far.

Raghavendra Rajakumar in a completely different role, the film also stars Suman Nagarkar and Kabhir Singh as prominent actors in the film. The film revolves on the three main characters.

In Ward No.11 among four friends one is murdered. When it is investigated several things look strange. There is politics, love, friendship and commercial aspects. A tender love story is also part of the screenplay.

Rakshi is in the lead role of a hero with Meghasri a charming actress playing the female lead. Achyuth Kumar, Pramod Shetty, Ugram Manju, Govinde Gowda, Prakash Tuminadu, Sudha Belawadi and others are in the supporting roles.

Rakesh C Tilak works behind camera, Vikram Mor national award winning stunt director for KGF and Arjun of Madagana have handled stunts, Height Manju dance, Sureshdranath music, Jayanth Kaikini, Dr V Nagendra Prasad lyrics are sung by Arman Mallik, Anuradha Bhat, Mahaboob Saab and Shivam.(of Vikram Vedam fame).
