The strong rumor that Rajanikanth will be taking up part II a sequel to Tamil film ‘Chandramukhi’ and later take on Part III subject ready made now by director P Vasu has gained momentum now.

Tamil superstar saw the 200th film of Dr Vishnuvardhana ‘Aptha Rakshaka’ at AVM studio recently in a special screening for him. Rajanikanth could not sit for the last five minutes of the film on his chair. He stood up and expressed his wonder at the actor Dr Vishnuvardhana and director P Vasu style of handling. Later he hugged P Vasu for a few minutes expressing his emotions and happiness.

At the same AVM screening theatre in Chennai Shivaji Productions in Chennai prior to Ranajikanth watched the film. That special screening of ‘Aptha Rakshaka’ was viewed by Shivaji Prabhu and Shivaji Ramkumar plus family members. Shivaji Prabhu was emotional in his chat with director P Vasu after watching the film. It may be recalled Shivaji Productions got rebirth from ‘Chandramukhi’ that was made from Kannada version ‘Aptha Mithra’.

‘Aptha Rakshaka’ directed by P Vasu starring Dr Vishnu, Vimala Raman, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Bhavana, Sandhya, Srinivsamurthy, Vinith, Komalkumar and others is produced by Krishna Prajwal.

The film is set for release on 19th February. The censor has given U/A certificate.
