RAMYA RELEASE BOOK ON SHANKER NAG!

It was a fantastic coincidence! The film ‘Sanju Weds Geetha’ a tribute to Shanker Nag shooting spot was the rendezvous for the release of the book on Shanker Nag ‘Nenapinangaladalli Shanker Nag’ authored by journalist Ganesh Kasargod.

Finishing a lecture in Christ College actress Ramya came straight to the Kanteerava Studio ‘Sanju Weds Geetha’ shooting spot and released the book ‘Nenapinangaladalli Shanker Nag’. After releasing the book Ramya also bought five copies of it. She remembered the ‘Chadurida Chitragalu’ book Ganesh Kasargod given it to her on the sets of ‘Jothe Jotheyali’ and said she developed Kannada reading also from it. It was a nice book on the difficult days of artists said Ramya. She also read a few lines printed on the back cover page of the book she released. Later she autographed a copy of the book to eunuch Sonu.

It is my privilege that the most lovable personality in my life Shanker Nag book is released on the sets of a film that is dedicated to him said director cum comedy actor Nagshekhar in his address.

The author of the book renowned journalist Ganesh Kasargod disclosed why he picked to write a book on late Shanker Nag. Even after 20 years of his death he is not forgotten. Shanker Nag is ‘Auto Raja’ (that’s his film too) even today explains his popularity. Ganesh thanked the publisher Para Shivappa of Sneha Publications for giving him the opportunity.

The cameraman of repute Satya Hegde (Banni Neevu swalpa Shanker Nag thara Kanisthira said Ramya) and publisher Parashivappa were also present at the book release ‘Nenapinangaladalli Shanker Nag’.

For those who said why there was no Arundhathi Nag and Ananth Nag there was answer. The film was dedicated to Shanker Nag and richly popular actor book was released by richly popular present day heroine actress Ramya.
