Another meaningful and thoughtfully stitched cinema in Kannada ‘Sooji Daara’ is ready to hit on coming Friday all over Karnataka. The songs of this film and trailer featuring the charming Haripriya and Yashwanth Shetty has rocked and created a buzz.

On the pre release of the film director Mounesh Badiger making debut said we have to sustain with five Kannada, two Tamil, one Telugu and one Hindi films release on coming Friday. For transforming Indrakumar story to silver screen I took two years. A lot of theatre background persons have worked for this film. Climax is a different effort. Suchindra Prasad is poles apart to his previous films, Haripriya has donned a role that she had not done before and given terrific performance pointed Mounesh Badiger.

This film is between art and commercial cinema. My interest got increased because Kannada knowing people from theatre background are part of this film. Haripriya known for trying new looks and roles said Padma I this film is a lower middle class girl who showcase the tribulations of life. I had fever for 12 days shooting and in fact that has helped me a lot. It has helped me to emote with weakness. After watching it on screen I felt proud about my role she mentioned.

Yashwanth Shetty explained the inquiry he is getting on the film and Haripriya role in the film. Till Friday you have to wait I have told many.

Pradeep Verma looking at the every frame of the film said there is no boring element and audience wait in curiosity what next is about.

This is a film with literature background team. The heritage is explained well, there is Karanth style, and it carries emotionally well. The craftsmanship is different in this film. I hope the film clicks well so that pure Kannada films sustain stated Suchindra Prasad.

There is good demand from theatres. No need to pay rent for this type of film. Haripriya is main attraction and so 100 plus theatres are screening ‘Sooji Daara’ stated Sachit Films Venkat.

Cameraman Ashok V Raman, writer Vikram Hatwaar, one of the producers Abhijit Kotegar are happy on the reach of the film to the theatres.
