Another six feet plus tall actor with handsome looks, ability has come to Kannada silver screen. We are talking about ABHISHEK AMBARISH.

Abhi in superb control over his role, walking style, action mode, wonderful in dialogue delivery has shown lot of promise in his debut. He is ‘Thandege Thakka Maga and Thayige Thakka Maga’ too. Son of Dr Ambarish and Sumalatha Ambarish – the robust hero Abhishek is sure to shake a few in the coming years. He is so ease in action roles. The pick of good roles would obviously fit him in a front runner seat in the coming years.

The free style dialogue delivery of Abhishek in ‘Amar’ reminds his ever loving father icon Dr Ambarish. The experiences in the coming days in a few other departments position him well.

‘Amar’ the much expected film from Sandesh Nagaraj productions, the fifth direction of Nagashekhar is fitted completely to the commercial formula. Nagashekhar screenplay and dialogues takes the pat and he has done what he was expected to do.

Amar is a modern youth moving around pubs and clubs. He joins the team of a purpose to travel across the places of Mangaluru to Ooty to bring awareness on significance of trees. It is Bobby (Tanya Hope) who attracts Amar but his quality in life ‘My Promise is My Life’ plays crucial role.

When Amar falls in love with Bobby and says that he will be together even in her last breath it shows the height of love. Does that happen?

Bobby father (devaraj) fixes an engagement with multimillionaire Darshan brother Nirup Bhandari. In a conversation Amar sells his love for exchange of Rs.50 crores.

That is not the beauty at this point of time. Amar is shock after sometime to know that Bobby is serving in a church in Switzerland. The usual going behind his beauty now starts. How the mind of Bobby is changed and how the character of Darshan in the climax surface for a comfortable climax you have to watch.

‘Nam Hudga Badkothane’ is what Dr Ambarish said when he saw the first half of this film. After watching the full film we could see easily Abhishek is a star to watch in the coming days.

Devaraj, Darshan, Nirup Bhandari, Sadhu Kokila, Chikkanna, Deepak Shetty have extended very good support.

It is a pleasant surprise for film fans of Dr Ambarish as he plays piano of his famous song Olavina Udugore Kodalenu….and waves his hand at the last shot of the film. A perfect thought from Sandesh Nagaraj producer and best friend of Dr Ambarish.

Tanya Hope has captured another interesting role after ‘Yajamana’ – she is not only talented but beautiful too and a great asset for the filmdom.

Arjun Janya has done a delectable work in music, Cameraman Sathya Hegde gives you a feast in his camera – the rich top angle shots in Karnataka and in Switzerland are memorable.

This is a wholesome family entertainer.
