The handsome looking Vidhyabharan launched as ‘Chocolate Boy’ in February 2017 is now ‘Viraj’ in his maternal Uncle Manjunath Swamy maiden production at a cost of Rs.4 crores.

As the ‘Chocolate Boy’ is closed chapter after fifty percent of shooting, Viraj in Nagesh Nardasi direction has completed shooting and the trailer of the film was released by super star Upendra on Thursday. Director Nagesh has directed seven films in Telugu. He has narrated ‘Rudrabhisheka’ story to Smt Shashikala first but this subject of ‘Viraaj’ was accepted because of good values in it.

Vidbhyabharan a civil engineer by profession is fond son of Smt Shashikala, state President of women wing of Janata Dal Secular and Shashikumar Kambara Sangha President.

Vidhyabharan ‘Sodara Mava’ Manjunath Swamy was looking for this kind of subject to make a film. The relations widening up gap for petty issues plus the rich and poor barricade are topics discussed in the film.

Smt Shashikala is inviting ‘Appaji’ HD Deve Gowda and Kumaraswamy HD her party seniors for the song release of the film. Vidyabharan father Shashikumar after education of his son wanted him to look after business but he picked cinema. Chocolate Boy got shelved then his uncle thought of investing on our son he mentioned.

The film set for release on November 9 is a commercial venture with family bonding and comedy in it.  Ra Puneeth has done co direction and written dialogues.

Devaraj is grandfather and Vinayaprasad is grandmother in the film. Nikitha and Shirin are two heroines, Subash Anand has scored music.
