Making a studious approach to film making debutant director in Kannada PC Shekar has showed promises of fast growth. This was evident from his clippings and songs. The color structure he has adopted in this thrilling love story, the editing, dialogue cuts he has taken care are new to Kannada film audience.

After getting a state award in Tamil Nadu for ‘Kadhal En Kadhala’ Shekar has taken up ‘By2Coffee’ but he could not finish for the reasons beyond his control. Now he is ready with the film and invited the media at Inox in Garuda Mall. The pattern of reverse style and less dialogues is the new style I have adopted in this film says Shekar addressing the media. Shekar shot for the film in Bangalore, Madikeri and Kunil locations.

Six to nine months preparation Shekar 50 days of shoot and 60 days of post production ‘Nayaka’ is ready with Naveen and Ragini in lead roles. Rajendranath and Rajendran of Tamil films are making appearance in this Kannada film.

Kannada film music director Arjun has done 53 days of re-recording for the film. Ramesh Kumar P proprietor of KS Pictures who produced the Tamil film ‘Kadhale En Kadhale’ and under production ‘By2Coffee’ has invested for his third film with the same team almost.
