What is done at a cost ranging from 20000 to 50000 rupees for mastering of songs for usual Kannada films is done at a cost of Rs.6 lakhs for six months online processing that includes Rs.2 lakhs mastering expenses.

That is related to ‘Yaaksha’ Kannada film. The mastering is done by music director Anoop Seelin at Abbey Road studio situated in London. For all the five songs the total expenditure for final shape has come to Rs.14 lakhs says producer TP Siddaraju.

This is the first Kannada film done mastering at London studio that too via online!

It is for this film NS Lakshminarayana Bhatta’s poem Nanna Iniyana Nelya balleyene hege thiliyali adhanu hele neene…..very popular in light music world that is heard in the voice of Rathnamala Prakash is used in this film ‘Yaksha’. Risheetha has sung this popular song.

Out of five songs in the film two have been shot in sets and rest on real locations. Nana Patekar looking at the sets erected by Hosmane Murthy has lauded his work.

Khailash Kher, Vijayaprakash, Riteesha and others are the singers. Music director Anoop Seelin feels happy for wonderful freedom he got for scoring music. Yogish, Nana Patekar, Atul Kulkarni are the main trump cards of this film he says.

Thanking producer TP Siddaraju music director Anoop Seelin said they have not asked the budget and quality is also going high for ‘Yaksha’.
