Abhinaya was seen in sister of power star Puneeth Rajakumar in ‘Hudugaru’ a role that she had made debut in Tamil film ‘Nadodigal’ that got her film fare award.

Later Abhinaya was seen in Kichchu of Ragini Dwivedi and Kichcha Sudeep (Guest appearance). Abhinaya acted with Dhruva Sharma in that film.

Abhinaya overcoming the hearing ailment with a major surgery recently is able to hear today. She cannot speak but excellent strength in grasping the role is what makes this sweet looking heroine gets going. Abhinaya today is actress in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada film industry since 2008.
