AJJA SONGS ARRIVED

The veteran Vemgal Jagannath Rao with veteran actor of national reputation HG Dattatreya alias Dattanna in the lead role of ‘Ajja’ got the CD released from another veteran SA Chinne Gowda, KFCC President on Saturday evening at Chamundeware studio.

‘Ajja’ is a horror, thriller, mystery filled socially relevant story from three decades old director Vemgal Jagannath Rao. Four doctors in practice period come to a village that has no basic amenities and are caught. They find Ajja and a granddaughter at this place.

The shoot was held at Coorg, Karwar and Udupi. Story, screenplay, lyrics, dialogues besides direction are handled by Vemgal Jagannath Rao.

‘Ajja’ Dattanna gives some thrilling moments in the narration of Vemgal Jagannath Rao in this film. A thinker, telepathy expert with strange nature ‘Ajja’ alias Bhattacharya down with mental balance is a strong opponent to four medical students who come to stay in his bungalow.

KP Chidanand of Mysuru is producer of this captivating thriller in veteran director Vemgal Jagannath Rao. ‘Ajja’ has caption Untold Real Mystery.

Dattanna leading the cast the young talent like Baby Kruthisri, Deepak Raj, Raj Naveen, Madhuri, Ashwini, Latish Coorg and others add to list of actors. Saikiran has two songs for this film. Raju Shiralakoppa behind camera, Shiva Yadav is editor of ‘Ajja’.

Reacting to the lack of permission for shooting KFCC President Chinne Gowda mentioned that when it is routed through KFCC we would made suitable arrangements.

Total Kannada released audio CD of a Kannada cinema for the first time.
