Smiling and sensible in thinking journalist Rajasekhara Hegade has made foray in to Kannada film as a writer. He has penned the dialogues for ‘Jaala’ Kannada film and this is not his first contribution of him to mass media. He has been a senior Sub-Editor in popular Kannada daily newspaper Udayavani since 1998. His association with media traces back to the days of Akashavani in 2007. The story and poem of Rajasekhara Hegade appeared twice a week for four months under the title ‘Aavarana’. Some of his stories got published in the newspaper where he works.

Then he published Katha Sankalana ‘Bingi’ (Bingi Pada) and soon wrote poems for television serials. He is now seen as dialogue writer in ‘Jaala’. There is more of action less place for dialogues admit Rajasekhar Hegade.

Hegade has also written two songs for the film ‘Jaala’. It is for this film the tastefully built house of Rajasekhar Hegade in Sirsi is used for the shooting. All the team members of ‘Jaala’ spoke high on the hospitality extended by Hegade house members.
