The dream merchant of Kannada cinema V Ravichandran was in a happy mood to speak to the media persons after seven months. He discussed various topics at Mahalakshmi Temple in Seshadripuram on Monday morning. V Ravichandran is appearing as ‘Kannadiga’ in the film of producer NS Rajakumar that is directed by award winning director BM Giriraj.

Speaking to media persons at this Corona crisis V Ravichandran feels the big films should come to get audiences to theatres. Now Darshan ‘Robert’ is ready. Let it come. Otherwise I wish to come up with ‘Ravi Bopanna’ he stated.

There is no point in releasing old films at this point of time. We have to attract the audience to get into theatres. The only option left is the release of new films, says V Ravichandran.

Drawing his attention on ‘Kannadiga’ V Ravichandran says this is the title he registered for his banner 30 years ago. 20 years ago the same NS Rajakumar came up with a request to get the title. I did not give. Someone made ‘Veera Kannadiga’. I kept quiet. Now again producer NS Rajakumar and BM Giriraj came up with a lovely bound script that attracted me. On the substance they have made, I agreed to part the title ‘Kannadiga’ for the banner of producer NS Rajakumar stated crazy star V Ravichandran.

Even in death there are some who make money keeping aside humanity. This should stop because people do not believe anyone in life. This danger should be avoided, he feels.

V Ravichandran hopes that 2021 will be fine with all problems getting solved, especially the Corona Pandemic.
