In the wake of further statement at the cour hall by Darshan wife Vijayalakshmi the case for giving bail to actor Darshan will be heard on Tuesday. Vijayalakshmi wife of Darshan came to magistrate court int he morning and gave her fresh statements.
 
Accordingly the murder attempt has been removed and only assault is considered. 307 section has been removed and 324 is kept as of now.
