The first ever Kannada Film Directors Association ‘Film Bazaar’ at the 12th Bengalugu International Film Festival has yielded good results. The impact is very encouraging and promising for the Kannada film fraternity.

The films in the dustbin would get some solace is the confident statement of Teshi Venkatesh and team. At the Film Bazaar of 12th edition of BIFFES nearly 250 Kannada films got enrolled. There were people from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Mumbai and a few foreign takers at the film bazaar. The Malayalam film industry would get more from this unique concept to dub from Kannada.

KANFIDA first attempt has not sought any support and it is independent achievement. Looking after the producer investment with no loss theory is followed. Every four months once this ‘Film Bazaar’ would work. We are taking only services charges from the Kannada films that get market for their product.

As next step the communication through letters will be followed and according to the ability of the film they get prices. The same theory would be applied at the international market by Film Bazaar.
