The debut film of Dhruv Saraja and Radhika Pandit starring ‘Addhuri’ had addhuri muhurut on Friday morning at Kanteerava studios.

Tamil super star Arjun was present to wish his sister son (grand son of Kannada film actor Shakthi Prasad) and array of Kannada stars Ambarish, Sudeep, Puneeth Rajakumar, Raghavendra Rajakumar attended the launch on Friday to wish the new actor taking birth.

After Ambari the 100 days film of director Arjun another film with A letter title ‘Addhuri’ debut hero Dhruv Sarja looks a macho youngster. He is trained in action learnt dance watching television, studied acting in Abhinaya Tharanga and knows swimming, horse riding etc so what else required? It is the blessings from media and people he says. From this I would get distinction and I am confident to pass in my first film in a first class he says.

Tamil superstar Arjun wondered when Dhruv invited him to watch the DVD. That gave me confidence that this boy has temperament in him to make it in films. I only advised him to follow do what you do with love.

The BBM student from Baldwins Dhruv Sarja plays counterpart to highly talented heroine today in Kannada cinema Radhika Pandit. Both know the script and every scene of the film so well says director Arjun.

For Arjun producer Shanker Reddy is like a God. Most of the producers whom Arjun consulted said the budget should be less than one crore but Shanekr Reddy did no fix any limit. I feel it requires Rs.3.5 crores says Arjun who is shooting in 60 days of two schedules. 40 days of talkie portion in Bangalore, Ooty, Kushalnagar, Mysore, Hampi. For one of the songs the unit travels to Turkey.

Like Shashank director Arjun is also picking the developments of real life for the characters Dhruv and Radhika Pandit. Pooja and Raghu the lovers happen to be the friends of Arjun serve the material for on screen presentation.

There will be acting scope for Radhika and Dhruv. Drawing his attention on the long wait Arjun says even if the film completes 100 days I had a tough time of no job for one and half years.

Cameraman Soori is using the Fuji 500 D film that gives four perforations and it is one extra from the other films. The fourth color that is available from this film adds to the grandeur of the film says Soori.
