It is sad news again in the journalist fraternity and one Kannada film producer Sanathkumar son of late BV Vaikuntaraju. After a fall in Bengaluru Press Club Sanathkumar discovered severe problem and doctors at Pristine Hospital were forced to cut off a portion of his left leg on Thursday afternoon.

Before the final decision to chop a portion of Sanathkumar left leg five operations were conducted on him by his close friend and MD of Pristine Hospital. Sanathkumar after three hours of removal of a portion of his leg was normal. He spoke to his close friends. He is still in the ICU. The development in the life of Sanathkumar is in the last 15 days.

Sanathkumar an eminent writer worked for various magazines. He was the producer of 'Eddelu Manjunatha' was working on a remake of Malayalam film 'Chintha Vishistaya Shyamale' the national award winning film of Srinivasan. Already 70 plus scenes are ready for this remake film he mentioned a few months ago.
