The Kannada Film Directors Association in the leadership of Dr V Nagendra Prasad is abuzz with lot of activities for 6th of January 2019.

It is the new office inauguration opposite Terige Bhavan in Nagarabhavi near Halli Thindi. It is this new office of over 40 years KANFIDA is functioning from 6th of January.

Kichcha Sudeep who is also director is likely to inaugurate the new office. On this day the first ever KANFIDA calendar of 2019 is released. This is unique because the legendary directors are part of the 12 month calendar. This is for the first time a calendar with directors is coming up in Kannada cinema.

The dairy of KANFIDA is also released on this occasion. In addition to it the veterans – SK Bhagwan for directing ‘Aduga Gombe’ as his 50th film at the age of 87, S Narayan for getting Puttanna Kanagal award, HR Bhargava for getting Karnataka Rajyotsava award plus recent sensational director Prashanth Neel of KGF are honored.

Dr Nagendra Prasad and his team are up with some useful work and it is time to wish KANFIDA good success in the future endeavour.
