Ace Director and efficient in his term as Chairman of Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy TS Nagabharana with the help of veteran journalist Shyamasunder Kulkarni has decided to showcase the happenings of last decade of Kannada cinema in the book and visual format.

The information pack is taking off from where it was left. 10 years of Kannada cinema information is mainly because it supports the earlier Kannada cinema history book (banned and kept in the go down of Hampi University).

The VCD’s available, songs, Sahitya, newspaper reports are all added in this book says TSN.

KCA on 10 years of cinema is headed by Shyamasunder Kulkarni the veteran cinema journalist who has authored many books. Shymasunder Kulkarni was also part of the compendium on Kannada cinema at the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Kannada cinema.

Shymasunder Kulkarni in the 850 Kannada films released in the last 10 years has reviewed at least 400 films in detail to a local channel. When TSN invited me I felt it a pride thing to take up said Shyamasunder Kulkarni.

The registrar of Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy Jagannath Prakash is confident of a good work in showcasing 10 years of Kannada cinema.
