It is a well thought out topic from producer, actor and singer Padmanabha. The film ‘Koogu’ vouch for a day for farmers in the year. This is going to be seriously taken up by the producer with proper consultation. He has made a film with deep concern on farmer’s suicide. No one should commit suicide is his appeal from this film in the direction of Ranganath.

After screening of teaser, songs of the film and audio CD of the film were released at Renukamba Theatre in the presence of team members. Avees Audio Deepa was present from audio company on this occasion.

Sosale Gangadhar has written story, lyrics for this film says the pertinent issue of farmer of this country is discussed. The fate of farmer always hags in balance and this film was started in last year February. A song on farmer, elections and village life beauty is tucked in this film.

Datta is protagonist of this film come before camera with initial training. He has two songs and two fights. The film revolves around software professional that is played by him, a journalist and a farmer. A politician is shown as villain in this film.

Varsha from Shivamogga very beautiful is taking up the journalist role that has different outlook. She has also acted in ‘Kannanchina Yee Notadalli’. Working for this film ‘Koogu’ in the beginning she was not aware what is happening. Later she learnt everything slowly.

Director Ranganath  disclosed that it is not the one stopped by KV Rajuji. This ‘Koogu’ is roar of a farmer. I have made a trailer of this film to get producer but after doing rounds it finally came to Padmanabhan he pointed.
