On October 31 2008 Darshan wife Vijayalakshmi delivered a baby boy and today Monday 3rd November 2008 in the morning actress Rakshita delivered a baby boy.

Rakshita married to actor cum hat trick director Prem delivered the child after caesarean operation at Desai Nursing Hone situated near Shivananda circle in Bangalore. The hospital was flooded with people to take a look at the baby boy of Rakshita and Prem.

The baby was kept in the incubator when Chitratara.com Editor R.Manohar visited the hospital to congratulate the star couple on Monday afternoon.

Director Prem said strict no to clicking photographs on the advice of the doctors.

That means two ‘Mari’ heroes are born in Kannada cinema within a span three days. For director Prem the birth of the child is at the ongoing of his film ‘Raj-The showman’ shooting. For Darshan the birth of a baby boy is on the eve of release of his film ‘Navagraha’.
