It is ‘Romeo Juliet’ title once again in Kannada. This time it is made in three languages – Kannada, Telugu and Hindi by Bharath introducing his son Dhanush as hero and Swathi a Bengali girl as female lead.

Bharath is a director with rich experience. He has worked for 35 films in Telugu from the days of Sri Dasari Narayana Rao in 1978. He made beginning as light boy in Dr Ambedkar film, later worked for towering films like ‘Shivaranjini’. From 1995 he is as independent director and his recent ‘Mera Bharat Mahan’ is also ready in Dreams Company.

According to Bharath the love on silver screen has become substandard and monotonous. For the Shakespeare novel ‘Romeo Juliet’ he is giving new look in love story of course with tragedy in the end. He is shooting in Chickmagalur, Mumbai and Hyderabad for this trilingual film and from August regular shoot begins.

Swathi is impressed with good narration and she is residing in Hyderabad in the last ten years and also knows the language Telugu. Her father is a textile businessman and she is a graduate in commerce. Juliet role is police and carrying this role is a good kick she feels.

Dhanush son of producer and director Bharath is a mechanical engineering graduate. The initial training in acting and other departments are given to him in Hyderabad. The role is very opposite to his nature.

BN Reddy who acted in films like 18/25 is in the role of a chief minister in this film.
