The affluent producer of Kannada films like Honeymoon Express, Thenali Rama, Savi Savi Nanapu and Telugu film ‘Andamaina Manasulu’ S.V.Babu mega hunt for new talent for Kannada film is over in 8 months time. In eight months time scrutinizing 12000 applicants 40 new talents have been short listed. Out of 40 six boys were introduced at the colorful evening at The Bell Hotel on Saturday evening in Bangalore.

Apparently the original story writer has been changed and so is the title ‘Jolly Hudugru’ that was kept for the film. Now it is ‘Josh’ that has story by director of repute Shivamani and camera is handled by Santosh Rai Pathaje.

The newcomers Rakesh, Amit, Vishnuprasanna, Akshay, Alok, Jagannath were introduced in a simple style by director Shivamani. Robo Ganesh, Mandya Ramesh, Karibasavaiah, Mandip Rai, Srinivasa Prabhu, Thulasi Shivamani, Sudha Belawadi are in the cast.

The muhurut for this film will take place on 20th of this month and in two schedules at Bangalore and Kerala the shooting will be completed says Shivamani.

Vardhan a close relative of yesteryears music director T.G.Lingappa is scoring the music for the first. K.M.Prakash is the editor. V.Nagendra Prasad, Kaviraj, Hrudaya Shiva, Anand are the lyricist of this film ‘Josh’.

The story line told earlier by Telugu writer when it was transformed did not have the Kannada nativity. In the discussion made again we agreed to the story narrated by director Shivamani said producer S.V.Babu. Our intention is very clear. We want to discover the talent and give work accordingly say producer SV Babu.
