Dr Jayamala, MLC, former minister and renowned actress is immensely happy on her daughter Soundarya return from London after two months.

Dr Jayamala was worried with the pandemic across the world on the one side and her daughter locked in London with the corona virus spreading fast.

Dr Jayamala made a plea in legislative council to get back her daughter from London. Finally the day had come yesterday – Soundarya returned to Bengaluru international airport for 14 days quarantine. Later she will be joining her home in Bengaluru.

Soundarya was in Dubai sometime back from London returning to Bengaluru, but she had to move again to London with the virus causing worry.

‘My Athma was with my daughter, I was only here physically’ Dr Jayamala had told with her only daughter locked down in London.

Soundarya Jayamala had gone to London to pursue degree in Zoology from Swansea University. After two films ‘Godfather’ and ‘Paru Wife of Devadas’ Soundarya decided to take up studies. She is very fond of animals
