THE VILLAIN AND KURUKSHETRA 3 HOURS FILM

In the days of a feature film ending in one and half hours – just above 90 minutes, the two biggies rocking silver screen in this year – The Villain starring Dr Shivarajakumar and Kichcha Sudeep and ‘Munirathna Kusukshetra’ featuring Challenging star Darshan in ‘Duryodhana’ role is just above three hours according to sources.

Challenging star Darshan ‘Munirathna Kurukshetra’ is 3 hours and 10 minutes it is learnt. Producer Munirathna Naidu is sitting on each and every frame of graphics for this 2D and 3D film. The delay is because of this minute detailing the producer is working on with his technical team.

It is certainly true at this point of time that Nikhil Kumar ‘Abhimanyu’ in the film has not dubbed for his portions. The rethinking on V Ravichandran dubbing instead of Srinivasaprabhu for Lord Krishna role is still going on.

There are chances of Darshan ‘Yajamana’ hitting silver screen even before his 50th film ‘Kurukshetra’.

On the other hand it is said 2 hours and 55 minutes is the duration for ‘The Villain’. This is after director Prem cutting off five minutes on the advice of Regional censor board (it seems cutting head scenes). Prem has settled down for U/A certificate instead of going to revising committee for certificate.

‘The Villain’ super teaser is coming on September 27 and on this day the date of film release is also coming up.

The Villain stars Amy Jackson, Mithun Chakravarthy and others in Dr CR Manohar massive production.
